Valentine day -a special day celebrated in token of appreciation to our loves one. As for the history behind valentine, i leave it to you guys to google it yourself with a few version how valentine is celebrated in the early days

My definition of valentine: its a day when i get to spend with my beloved and tell him how much he meant to me and how deep is my love to him. Its a day when the cupid is busy sparkling the love in the air and the romance lingers in your hearts.

Internship at Penang General Hospital

An amazing 3 months of wonderful internship at Penang General Hospital Pathological department. Im gonna miss you my cute handsome doc! lol.. i know i sound bit crazy maybe tonnes of crazy-ness we had created in the pathological laboratories with my co-friend, shalini, mun wei and xin rui. We actually find each other a candidate future husband in the hospital and its realy funny how me and Shalini attended the cme( continuous medical education) just to cuci mata and sleep in the acc building. Young , cute handsome and nerdy doctors are all available in General Hospital and sadly we failed to date anyone of them for lunch , breakfast or tea break
Along the way, met awesome friends from other college such as lia and lily( they are awesome) because they send me the whole WI( working instruction) of the pathology lab:)

Let me list out the most amazing experience i will never forget during the internship

1. experiencing a live show on bone marrow aspiration technique with a medical lab technologist-steve moore( he is realy a cool guy)
2. Fine needle aspiration technique with abang Alif ( he is realy kind coz give us rm10 on our 2nd day of work and ask us to eat)
3. Watching a live show on how the doctors debate on the stage after presenting his topic,i cant remember whats his name but i think he is from penang medical college
4. An interesting nice presentation, interesting one from Dr . ( i cant remember his name) but its on erectile dysfuction topic)
5. working with the opd department where many patient mistaken us for the real doctor and they keep calling us lo kun( doctor in hokkien) and asked us is the result okay
6. Eat snake or go out and makan thou its not our break now just to have fun since we dont have to punch card when we go out for brunch or tea time.

All in all, we had lotsa fun in the lab, get to do our own urine test, blood test on renal profile, glucose level, hormone, hepatitis and HIV.

What i discover about my internship
After graduating from biomedical science, i will be a scientific officer in the government sector

The truth: only a few scientific lab officer needed in the lab, and the government hospital only accept student from local uni which is a JPA scholar

My hope: private sector but they only accept those who is with 5years experience

My future: divert from my degree course and venture marketing, and sales.Do my master and be a lecturer, food technologist , dietitian and nutritionist

Basically we tried new food almost everyday because of the row of hawker stall outside the Penang General Hospital.A token of appreciation to all the helpful medical lab technologist who give us all the knowledge that we needed.

Its been so long since i ever drop something on my page, been busy like a bee after my internship, shall give a detail update on my industrial training and Singapore trip

I feel like a fool again lately, is like my life is so freaking unfair and pathetic.

For an example, they say: people change as time goes by
I agree: You changed a lot since the first time we met.

My opinion: I dislike your change
Your opinion: I don't care if you like or don't, its my life, who are u to set a rule in my life?
My opinion: I am a fool who think that way , i once think i hold a great impact in your life that you once care

Saturday afternoon and we are all up for briyani,Briyani Kapitan is the name of the dish that we ordered. and it is a HELL of a good briyani :) love the roasted chicken and briyani with dall curry. Am still waiting for my friend shalini to bring me to Market street and taste the fantastic briyani that she brag about most of the time:)

Anyway start eating briyani at Rawther in front of HPP and was addicted to it ever since. Briyani and drumstick is great and it makes my day up whenever am having a bad morning.

Went for the shortest shopping ever with mum and dad, and guess what we just entered vinci, nichi, and kitchen and off we have to go coz dad had some stuff to do. 2 and half hour in Gurney and mum ended buy dress that she wanted and i bought one

Passport disappointment

Do i have to make my self the VIP to be entertain in the government sector?
totally feeling so much in the lazy mood when my mum woke me up at 7am to do our passport on Saturday morning. The best part, we arrived at 9am and waited till 12.20pm(letme counted again its 3 and half freaking long hours) wasted waiting for the long number to be appear on the screen. Ours is 1099 and 1100 and the number when we get our number was 1028.Waited like crazy people and were so happy when our numbers been called out. Prepared 2 passport photos and a photostatted ic to be handed to the lady at the counter. She took our form and said:

Day 1

Passport lady no 1: Hari ni tak sempak nak buat, besok datang bayar dan ambik passport
Me: So, kena ambik number sekali lagi tak cik?
Passport lady no 1: Tak payah, you datang dan cakap nak bayar passport dan ambik passport besok ya.
Me (disappointed): Hari ni memang tak boleh dapat ka?
Passport lady no 1: Hari ni memang tak boleh sebab kauter tutup pukul 12
me in my mind: okay, i understand since i have been in customer service line before


Day 2( sunday morning at 10.15am)
Passport lady no 2 : yea, bayar rm100 di sine
Me: handed the rm100 ( super happy to get my passport at last)
Passport lady no 2: Cik, minta maaf kena datang besok sebab sine, kena tunggu 2 jam selapas pembayaran.
Me: I was like! uh? besok saya ada kerja la cik
Passport lady no 2: Kalau macam tu, datang hari sabtu


What i discover : U can gain your passport in a day
the verdict: Thats bullshiiit! i took 3 days to get mine. if u wanna get the same day you have to be the arly bird or you have to wait and wait and wait
What i understand: She can actually ask me to pay the freaking rm100 yesterday itself so i gain my passport on sunday
The verdict: She is just feeling a bit lazy to do so, so she told me besok datang dan bayar:(

Anyway, was so bored on sunday, decided to curl my hair with that curl rod stick and i look like a ghost, so havent decide to curl it half to create more volume to my hair or just leave it straight for x-mas. emmm, most of my friends agreed that i should try curling.


think i need to work on putting a pair of those fake eye lashes coz i dont have any on it now

My two crazy friend(hazmida and cassandra)

Fantabolous saturday ever! met my kalut gang at secret recipe jusco bm and we came up with a random plan to go around penang island. Marry let us tumpang her new myvi which is freaking nice to gurney. Walk around gurney plaza before we headed for our dinner at the gurney drive

First time i went to gurney and came back with empty handed, been tahan my desire to shop so i can shop again with mumy next week. So many sale in here and its crazy! wish am a billionaire now.Kitchen is down with 30 % sale and saw this nice black dress that i wanna have badly.

Had some real fun time with them.Feel like am myself again after so long, to like what i eat and to eat what i like. I totally forget bout all the sad stuff when it come to food and my awesome friends is around me. Hazmida, cassandra, marriane and lee ling ( we bounded ever since primary years to secondary) and they are still the same friend that i have during the days in school. Its so funny how time pass so fast and we are all grown up now.

Waiting for my darling nidya to be back from tanjung malim and am gonna book her to accompany me for movie and shopping next weeek, miss her bucket already ( darling if your reading this ) you must be smiling now .

Cant wait for the langkawi or jerejak trip next week with my awesome friend. already start miss singing dynamite together with all by buddy in marry's car. Hope to catch up with u guy soon :)

Fantabolus day out with mum at last! DECENT day out, GIRLY day : shop at sunway.
The shops are the same except for NICHI! opening soon in sunway! gosh i cant wait for that shop to finally open its retail store in sunway.
Bought few cosmetic things such as 2 face mask, french nail polish from etude house, etude pink glitter eye shadow and BB cream
Finally, i feel like am a women back. I don't really make up except for certain occasion or certain function. Usually am with lip gloss and am off to go.

Today am having such a bad hair day but mummy promised me a treat to my hair on the weekend :)I want back my black shinny hair badly. My long black hair look kinda dull and frizzy after i blow dry them.

but gosh! why is so hard to control you,

i think i probably need a wig to covered up a bad hair day.

yea, i hate my leg that much! feel like chopping them off , and had a barbie doll leg on mine,(bright shinny smooth long sexy leg)

neway, i bitcch bout my leg because of this recent hair removal cream that i applied on. On the box, it is clearly stated that it is for sensitive skin.Unfortunately,i choose to apply it on my leg and my leg turn into reddish spot.After a week my skin become like a scale and they peel off easily! yuck!i pampered my leg with all kinda lotion i can ever grab in the market and non of them working
and i don't wanna wear skirt anymore now, nor short :/ freaking disgusted.
This come to my only solution, to meet the dermatologist on Thursday.

Ps/I miss my clear, clean, spotless leg!i want them back badly before christmas

Followed someone idea , fill up my Sunday afternoon by going to CHURCH ! St anne church Bukit Mertajam is where i spend my every sunday morning since am 5-17 years old .I admit as i grew up, im MIA most of the time which is something am not proud of. Went and did some reflection in the old church and it works! im at peace for a moment, me doing the talking to the God, Mother marry, Jesus. Says some prayer and ask for some help and strength to be a stronger human being. Apart from asking forgiveness and blessing for my family.

Its weird when u want a company so bad and u cant find it. Been scrolling down my whole entire contact numbers and i cant find any, they are either busy studying, working or not around in Bm. So at last i decided to go shopping alone. Sound a bit crazy but wait for the crazy part to come. Wore a purple pdi tank top, and a skinny jean and am all ready to go shoe hunting all by myself. Actually, the purpose of me going there is to get my new copy of Cleo magazine December issue. Been waiting for it like mad and also to find my missing f5 keyboard button that had been missing.

Arrived at Jusco, parked my car outside and all ready set to go, ask some friend around where do i find a decent Saturday and Sunday part time job, and my friend who is working at opera suggested the dinosaur kids place which offer rm 4 per hour. I doubt that job is nice, so i decided to just let it go. Furthermore, dad and mum would not allow me work anymore regarding all the stuff that happen lately

So, i went up to the popular bookstore to get my latest Cleo mag issue but after spending my time belek-ing there, cant find any and i realize something

A STALKER! blue shirt guys, disgusting face guy, he followed me all this while from the shoe shop! gooooooosssssh! am TERRIFIED! am serios, no joke. so i walk out and went to living cabin and he is still following me around. MUMMMY! i need u ....
this time for real, and suddenly he ask me am i alone shopping and mumble some word. I got so scared , i feel like talking out a pepper spray which i dont have one to just spray on his yucky face. I said nope and i quickly move to digi and thank God he is not there anymore :/ weeeuwww.. i got panic and i ask the guard to follow me to my car park. This is serios! stalker is not funny thing. It happen to me and it can happen to anyone.

Not that for once i felt like am a celebrity / paparazi condition, but this is severe case, serious case. It may happen if u don't take a smart action. I don't wanna elaborate more but i find out that stalker usually aiming for solo teen girl shopping in the mall. So, if u encounter one, do go for public places and ask for some help. Approach the counter or ask your friend to pick u up if your too traumatized to drive all the way back

Stalking may be alright in Facebook and stuff, but a stalker around you and when u feel your been observed all the time is scary.So gals out there , if u wanna go out window shopping, its better for u to go in a group :)rather than one although at time u feel like being alone.

Tangled tale

Last Saturday, went for a movie day out at Sunway with my lil niece, and we watched
RAPUNZEL : tangled in 3D.So, being a baby sitter during the weekend kinda nice to do once in a while. One word for this Walt Disney animation is: HAPPYness :) i fell in love watching Disney animation movie when they finally announced and they live happily ever after,THE END .





Anyway, i suck at doing a movie review, so am not gonna review anything here, you gotta catch it yourself. Its some kinda movie that i realy realy love to watch when am a small lil girl and even now am crazy over it. Mandy more voice sound like Anne Hathaway in this and i seriously thought it was that Princess diary for a Lil while.Zachary Levi is responsible behind the macho Flynn Rider character. In case you guy miss it out, Zach is also known as the man behind chuck:) and gotta tell u this, its way way way better than watching princess and the frog which i remember i almost doze off with Trishal and Anand which we eventually change our movie night to the playboy mansion.

Lets skip the boring part and move on to my favorite part of all
